Question by Lola: Should I talk to him when college starts again? facebook message? ignore? even though he may just want sex?
I'm going to be a sophomore this fall and he'll be a junior at the same college... It's a pretty small private school, we're bound to run into each other.
HISTORY:
So this past year as a Freshman, this guy, lets call him Jake, took my virginity... i was drunk, so was he but he def. was more sober than me. We hooked up again 2 weeks later at a party- drunk again. We never talked again after that. I didn't care at all b/c I was doing my own thing and having epic times with my new friends and I didn't find it a big deal. I feel saving your virginity to someone you love is too worked up by society and could make a girl stay w/ someone longer than they should.
Anyways, this summer, my university had a summer program for 6 weeks in spain... 150 of us signed up for it and once in Spain, I saw that Jake was in it... awkward.
I succesfully avoided him for 5 weeks. On the last week, however, with only 3 days left, I confronted him at a club (well he came up to me and my friends and said hey, and I pulled him aside). We talked about everything, he said he didn't think it was awkward but understands if i did and apologized to me for ignoring me. We talked about our past hookups and everything seemed chill between us and like we could be friends. Then we ended up walking and talking for 2 hours- talking about life and everything. I told him I can take the night bus to go home, but he'd somehow "not hear me" and say the metro opens at 6AM. I didn't really think about it, but eventually we ended up where he's staying and we had sex. It was really fun, we were both sober, but I had to leave right afterward cuz I didn't finish my homework that was do that morning.
Next morning at school he said hey first and glad it's not awkward. I laughed, said yeah, and continued on to class.
I knew school time still may be a little awkward but at night I thought I could grab his attention.
With one night left, everyone was heading to the same club for one last epic outing
basically I got super drunk, first time the entire trip. Jake was dancing with other girls and it made me sad. and i began to cry (ew) b/c he wasn't paying attention to me. A lot of it was a blur but i cried alot, but my friends told me I made out too with a really hot guy later! Anyways one bitched at Jake for making me cry and apparently Jake was like, "I know I know, I'm never doing that again, i didn't mean to lead her on"
Should I send him a message saying I'm sorry for being a retarded drunk on our last night and I didn't mean to cry or what i said? or what should I say
Cuz I'm not one of those girls looking for a boyfriend... I just like sex and having fun. I feel I'm too young to settle down right now. and i think I gave him the wrong impression. Well at least that's what I'm telling myself and what I use to say. I think I fell for him, but i don't want him to know that!
